St. Paul Village was approved by Chapel Hill Town Council at their 10/11/2023 meeting!!
St. Paul Village is an affordable housing development integrated into a mixed-income, mixed-use development on 20 acres in Chapel Hill. The Project will be under our new non-profit NIDA (Neighborhood Improvement Development Association).
